1. Purpose
You authorize Orkestr Career Desk to access selected accounts, browser sessions, job-search tools, and data sources only for the purpose of providing job-search infrastructure and workflow support.
2. Accounts covered
- dedicated job-search email
- Gmail or other email account, if approved
- job boards
- application portals
- LinkedIn-related browser workspace
- calendar tools
- WhatsApp communication
- document storage
- CV and application files
3. Dedicated email recommendation
You are strongly encouraged to create a dedicated job-search email account. Using your main email account increases privacy exposure and is not recommended.
4. Credential handling
- OAuth authorization where available
- user-controlled login during onboarding
- dedicated account created for the service
- temporary access credentials where unavoidable
- password manager sharing where appropriate
You should not send passwords through email, WhatsApp, or chat.
5. Browser sessions
If a virtual or dedicated browser workspace is used, session access may remain active during the service period. You can revoke access by logging out, changing your password, removing sessions, revoking OAuth access, or requesting offboarding.
6. Approved purposes

7. Prohibited access
We will not intentionally access unrelated personal data where it is not required for the service. We will not access accounts you have not authorized. We will not sell account data. We will not use account data for advertising.
8. User responsibility
- you own or are authorized to use the connected accounts
- you are allowed to grant access
- you will comply with third-party platform terms
- you will review important actions before submission
- you understand that platform restrictions may affect the service
9. Revocation
You may revoke access at any time by contacting us or removing account access directly. Revoking access may prevent us from continuing the service.
10. Logs
We may log account access activity, including time, source, purpose, action, and operator.
11. End of access
At the end of the service or trial, we will remove active access where technically possible and provide offboarding instructions.
