1. Service description
Orkestr Career Desk is a managed job-search infrastructure service. The service may include job-search workflow setup, dedicated email guidance, job-source configuration, virtual browser workspace setup, WhatsApp notifications, AI-assisted role analysis, opportunity scoring, application pipeline management, follow-up reminders, and human-guided job-search support.
The service does not provide guaranteed employment, guaranteed interviews, guaranteed offers, immigration advice, legal advice, financial advice, or recruitment agency placement unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Application-based access
Access to Orkestr Career Desk is subject to application review and approval. Submitting an application does not create a right to receive service, trial access, onboarding, or setup. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
3. Onboarding and 24-hour setup
If your application is approved, we will request onboarding materials and access needed to configure the service. Approved applicants are set up within 24 hours after onboarding is complete.
If setup is delayed by missing information, account verification, platform restrictions, security checks, access problems, or user delay, the setup period is paused until the issue is resolved.
4. Trial period
Approved applicants may receive a 7-day trial period. The trial period is designed to evaluate whether Orkestr Career Desk is suitable for your job-search situation. During the trial, we may configure your job-search workflow, monitor relevant job sources, provide notifications, help review roles, and support your application process. The trial does not guarantee results.
5. Continuation after trial
To continue after the trial period, payment must be completed before the trial ends. First payment: €999 including applicable taxes, paid only if you decide to continue before the end of the 7-day trial. Monthly continuation starts from month 2 at €499/month including applicable taxes. If payment is not completed before the trial ends, access may be paused or terminated. For bank transfers, service continuation may depend on payment receipt or confirmation.
6. Payment methods
We accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. For business customers, tax treatment may depend on your location, VAT registration status, and applicable law.
7. Taxes
Prices include applicable taxes where required. For business customers, reverse-charge or local tax rules may apply depending on jurisdiction. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank fees, currency conversion costs, or charges imposed by your payment provider unless otherwise required by law.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel the monthly service by written notice to info@taraftech.de. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period unless otherwise required by applicable law. Trial access ends automatically if you do not continue before the trial period ends.
9. Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If applicable consumer law provides withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights remain unaffected. For EU consumers, online service contracts may be subject to statutory withdrawal rights.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your CV, application material, messages, and submissions.
11. Account access authorization
You may authorize us to access selected accounts, data sources, browser sessions, email accounts, or job-search tools for the purpose of providing the service. You must not provide access to accounts that you are not authorized to use. You can revoke access at any time, but revocation may limit or end the service.
12. Dedicated job-search email recommendation
We strongly recommend using a dedicated job-search email address instead of your main personal inbox. This reduces privacy exposure and improves workflow clarity.
13. AI-assisted processing
The service may use AI to analyze roles, summarize information, score opportunities, draft suggestions, and organize workflows. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, unsuitable, or misleading. You agree not to rely on AI output without human review.
14. Human involvement
We aim to keep human involvement high for important workflow decisions. However, you remain responsible for approving important external actions, including applications, recruiter messages, CV submissions, LinkedIn activity, and interview scheduling.

Hiring outcomes depend on your profile, market demand, employer decisions, interviews, timing, and other factors outside our control.
16. Third-party platforms
The service may interact with third-party platforms such as email providers, job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, PayPal, banks, and AI providers. We are not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, policy changes, API changes, blocked access, unavailable job sources, delayed emails, or third-party decisions. You are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party platforms you use.
17. LinkedIn and platform compliance
Orkestr Career Desk is designed to support structured job-search workflows and user-approved actions. You acknowledge that some platforms restrict automation, scraping, or third-party tools. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with platform rules. We may refuse workflows that we believe create unacceptable platform, legal, privacy, or account-risk exposure.

Logs are used for transparency, security, troubleshooting, service quality, and compliance.
19. Confidentiality
We will treat your non-public job-search data, account information, CV, application history, and communications as confidential. We may disclose information only where necessary to provide the service, comply with law, process payments, use approved subprocessors, or protect rights and security.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost income, lost opportunity, reputational harm, employer decisions, platform restrictions, AI mistakes, application rejections, missed roles, delayed notifications, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by law.

22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required.
