1. Trial period
Approved applicants may receive a 7-day trial period. The trial period starts when setup is delivered or when access to the configured workflow is provided, whichever happens first.
2. Continuation
To continue after the trial, payment must be completed before the trial ends. First payment: €999 including applicable taxes, paid only if you decide to continue before the end of the 7-day trial. Monthly continuation starts from month 2 at €499/month including applicable taxes.
3. Payment methods
Payment is accepted by PayPal or bank transfer. For bank transfer, payment is considered complete when funds are received or confirmed.
4. No automatic continuation unless implemented
Unless a recurring payment agreement is separately created, continuation requires manual payment. If PayPal subscription billing is implemented later, this clause must be updated.
5. Cancellation
Monthly service can be cancelled by sending written notice to info@taraftech.de. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
7. EU consumer withdrawal
If the customer is an EU consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to online service contracts. EU consumer rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to exceptions and proper disclosures.
8. Service pause
If payment is late, disputed, reversed, or incomplete, service access may be paused.
